Jonathan Taksa serves as President of the Taksa Investment Group and Senior Vice President of Investment Sales at RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty in Los Angeles. Sound business strategies, tireless dedication to clients, and an unflinching adherence to the highest ethical standards are the foundation upon which he has built his career. With well over $2 Billion in closed transactions, Jonathan continues to have a formidable presence in Los Angeles as one of the top multifamily and land value brokers on the Westside.

Jonathan entered the commercial real estate sales industry in 2003, when he joined a prestigious national real estate firm based in West Los Angeles. He quickly became the highest producing member on the company’s top apartment team by carving out a reputation built on a relentless work ethic, impeccable integrity, and extensive market knowledge. Since joining RE/MAX Commercial in 2005, Jonathan’s sales volume has increased each and every year. His average listings close in less than 3 months, and near 99% of list price.

In 2009, Jonathan formed the Taksa Investment Group with the stated mission to become one of the top multifamily brokers in Los Angeles, by providing clients with unsurpassed knowledge of the Westside multifamily market. Since that time, Jonathan has consistently ranked in the top 3 brokers internationally for RE/MAX Commercial, and is the top multifamily broker nationally in the firm. During his distinguished career, Jonathan has received top company awards including: Circle of Legends, Diamond Club, Chairman’s Club, Platinum Club, 100% Club, and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, traveling, and playing soccer and tennis. He currently resides in Pacific Palisades with his amazing wife, Cassidy, and their three beautiful children, Camden, Parker, and Harlow.

Jonathan earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from UCLA.

Rob began his real estate career in 2001 placing securitized debt for high net worth individuals. After a decade of brokering loans, Rob found his calling representing buyers and sellers which ultimately led him to his current focus on multifamily brokerage throughout the greater Los Angeles area. As a result, Rob is fortunate to have helped some of the city’s most prominent owners and developers enrich their portfolios and grow the overall size and quality of LA’s rental inventory.

Since his start with RE/MAX Commercial, Rob has set himself apart consistently ranking as one of the top agents in the country. In 2023 and 2022 Rob earned the prestigious Diamond Award and ranked among the top 10 commercial agents in the country for Remax Commercial. In 2021, 2020, 2019, and 2018, Rob earned Chairman’s Club honors, while in each of 2017, 2016, and 2015, Rob was given Platinum Club distinction.

Rob attributes much of his real estate and negotiation acumen to effective interpersonal communication. A natural extrovert and career salesperson, Rob has found great success in brokering even the most challenging transactions by way of the trust and rapport he builds with clients. In fact, more than half of Rob’s business is either repeat or referral in nature.

Rob grew up in Orange County, CA and earned his degree from UCLA. He is an avid music lover, a reasonably good cook, and an amateur handyman. Rob has a beautiful wife named Kristin and three amazing girls, Willa, Goldie, and Nicolette. The Renshaw family has supported Special Olympics of Southern California for more than 15 years both financially and through active volunteering.

Jacob’s real estate career began in 2016 where he managed multiple apartment buildings in Los Angeles. With a background in construction and sales, he has become an essential resource to multifamily owners throughout the Los Angeles area. Jacob has successfully guided his clients through sales and exchanges into different product types, including multifamily properties, retail shopping centers, and single-tenant NNN properties.

Jacob grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he attended the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, won a national championship in football, and majored in Business Communication. In his free time, Jacob enjoys traveling, cooking, outdoor activities, and the Green Bay Packers.
